Consultation Before Design
Start your next project with a free consultation from R.A. Murphy Construction. During our initial meeting you’ll get a 30,000 foot view of the project and we will:
- Complete a business discovery session
- Talk about your project needs, goals and desired location
- Discuss the budget/project estimate
- Create a project overview based on your budget
STEP 2:
Location, Location, Location
We’ll not only construct and design your building, but find the best place for it.
- Your dream building deserves the right location and we'll help you find it
- Benefit from our team’s intimate knowledge of city and local jurisdictions when we perform a routine review of zoning for your business

STEP 3:
Design
You have a site for your building. Now it’s time to decide what it will look like.
- Interactive design sessions with our in-house design team
- Review initial design concepts

We will work with you to create a diagram that organizes and visualizes your spatial needs.
STEP 4:
Let’s Build It
Now that all the pieces are in place, we’ll walk you through the process of:
- How we will establish a timeline and begin the planning process for your project.
- Communication with the city/county on planning, zoning and permitting
- Working out the specifics on site layouts and floor plans
